Installation instructions for business web card for Outlook
Save the files card.htm and card.jpg to a folder on your system -
we suggest
you use something like My Documents/businesswebcard/card.htm
You can do this
by right clicking the mouse and select save as, remember to add the file
extension eg .htm or .jpg.
Open Outlook.

Select Tools, then
options. |

Select the Mail Format tab at the top center.

Select Signatures...
|
 |
Select New |
 |
Choose a name for your new signature we suggest BusinessCard
Select 'Use this file as a template:'
Click Browse

 |
Find the file card.htm
(This should have bee saved in My Documents/businesswebcard/card.htm)
Select card.htm (or the name you chose)
Then click select, this will take you back to the create new signature window

Click Next
This will take you to the signature
Editor window where you can add text.

Once you have added any text click
finish.
This will take you to a preview
click OK
Then click OK on the options Window
|

The jpeg file is for use offline,
where you may wish to add a hyperlink.
